Beschreibung

Inosin Pranobex ist ein antivirales Medikament, das eine Kombination aus Inosin und Dimethylamylacetobenat im Verhältnis 1-3 ist. Inosin Pranobex hatte keinen Einfluss auf die Viruspartikel selbst. Stattdessen wirkt es als Immunstimulans und ist ein Thymushormon-Analogon. Inosin Pranobex wurde bei SSPE, Herpes-simplex-Virus, humanem Papillomavirus, HIV, Influenzavirus und Atemwegsvirusinfektionen, Cytomegalievirus und Epstein-Barr-Virusinfektionen eingesetzt.

Ist Isoprinosin ein antivirales Mittel?
Die antivirale Wirkung von Isoprinosin wurde in Gewebekulturen und Mäusen getestet. In Gewebekulturen hemmten Konzentrationen von 25 bis 100 μg/ml die Infektiosität von Influenza- und Herpes-hominis-Viren, jedoch nicht von Parainfluenzaviren, Rhinoviren oder Adenoviren.
Wofür wird Isoprinosin verwendet?
Zur Behandlung verschiedener Infektionen wie: Herpes simplex, Genitalwarzen, sklerosierende Panenzephalitis. Sirupdosierung: Zu Beginn und während des Höhepunkts der Krankheit: 100 mg/kg Körpergewicht täglich. Anschließend 50 mg/kg Körpergewicht täglich zur Erhaltung.
Wird Isoprinosin gegen Grippe eingesetzt?
 
In Gewebekultursystemen zeigte Isoprinosin antivirale Wirkungen gegen Influenzaviren, PR-8 und A2 Stämme; Herpesvirus, LU-Stamm; Poliovirus 3; und Adenovirus 10.
Wofür wird Isoprinosin gegen Husten verwendet?
Isoprinosin, ein in vitro immunverstärkendes Mittel, das hauptsächlich durch die Stimulierung von T-Lymphozyten wirkt, ist eines von mehreren Mitteln, die manchmal eingesetzt werden, um wiederkehrende Atemwegsinfektionen bei Kindern zu verhindern, obwohl es für dieses spezielle Medikament keine formellen Studien gibt.
Sind antivirale COVID-Medikamente wirksam?
